For 18 years, Dani’s Duds has celebrated a children’s consignment sale every spring and every fall, and in just a few weeks, we will open our doors for our fall event. As the largest children’s consignment sale in Northern Virginia, we are also, for the third time in two years, incorporating new opportunities for local businesses to showcase their products.

After many years of requests, we are setting up a special exhibit area encircling our wonderfully consigned merchandise at the Dani’s Duds sale. If you have a business that you think fits within our demographics, we would like to offer you this opportunity to exhibit at our event.

This is a chance you shouldn’t miss. The introduction of your business will not only enhance your customer base, but educate the core of the neighborhoods, your community families. Your business will only go forward with success.

Booth space will be a 10x10 area with one 8’ table and two chairs. Price is $300 per vendor with business name exclusivity. Any additional booth necessities (such as electricity, etc.) will warrant an additional fee, and decided on a case by case basis. Payment, by check or credit card, must be made in full prior to the event. Deadline is Friday, September 25, 2009. You may even want to consider sharing the space with associate representatives. We will have a horse-shoe layout around the perimeter of the sale, with the check-out line traveling right in front of the vendors. We want businesses that would benefit from this exposure. We are giving you an opportunity to introduce yourselves to our families. In the interest of maintaining a family atmosphere of class and quality businesses, the sooner you get back in touch with me, the sooner I can verify your company is suitable for our customers. It's also first-come, first-served for direct sales and franchisees.

Exhibit hours would be during our four sale dates; Volunteer Private Sale Evening, Thursday, October 8, 6pm-midnight; Consignor Private Sale Evening, Friday, October 9, 6pm-midnight; General Public Sale Days, Saturday and Sunday, October 10 & 11, 9am-5pm. You may set up Thursday afternoon, October 8, after 3pm. We open to the volunteers promptly at 6pm on Thursday.

We have a $10 entry fee for Saturday and Sunday customers. We will give you five free entry tickets to pass along to your current customer base. You may sell your product, promote your business, celebrate your industry with new and current customers, and we endorse your participation. Special exhibitor passes will be given to each vendor. Remember, no children are allowed during the two evening private sales or Saturday morning.

The Dulles Expo Center is staffed by security throughout our time at the sale and secured after our departure each evening. You may leave your booth safe and secure at the end of each day.

The final sale ending date and time is Sunday, October 11, 5pm. You must complete your breakdown and departure by 6pm.
